To be the client’s primary point of contact and to coordinate, monitor and report on the door to door delivery of all procured materials within the agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Provide solutions and pricing for project shipments in line with client deadlines and expectations.
  2. Ensure that the Project SOP is communicated to the key contacts at origin offices.
  3. Establish contact with the suppliers and coordinate collections, bookings, documentation and scheduling with the local DSV offices.
  4. Communicate and coordinate any special requirements that might be required by the client.
  5. Ensure that Import and Export procedures requiring the client’s attention are well understood and monitored for compliance.
  6. Complete all required process in CW1.
  7. Ensure that shipping documents have been distributed appropriately and archived in CW1.
  8. Ensure that all compliant purchase orders are uploaded into C2C where applicable
  9. Ensure the transportation costs are billed accurately and in good time according to the contract.
  10. Run the daily tracking reports and distribute.
  11. Monitor delivery progress and elevate delays or unresolved issues/concerns to the Project Manager.
  12. Attend project progress meetings
  13. Develop good working relationships between the clients team
  14. Work closely and proactively with offices, partners and suppliers to ensure that operations run smoothly.

Scale and territory

All transport related matters from door to door delivery (with exception to on-site materials handling) as defined by the scope of work, contract, health and safety policy, and procedures and executed worldwide.





Min 5 years’ experience in operations preferably both in air and ocean freight or 2-3 years in a similar project coordinator roll
