The System Super User oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s IT hardware and software and acts as the SME for all internal systems (WMS/TMS/OMS/WCS). 

System Super Users support projects by being a part of the testing, documentation of new processes and training end users.

Within this role, the candidate is the point of contact between operations and the DSV IT support department.  Administration and maintenance of computer stations, troubleshooting, systems backups, and archiving are a part of the day-to-day functions and the Systems Super User will interact with internal and external customers on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues.

System Super Users leverage their extensive knowledge of business process and policies to provide scenarios for end user training and business readiness testing forming part of first level support post go live.


  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert for all internal systems (WMS/TMS/OMS/WCS).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for operations with all system related issues and concerns.
  • Provide level 1 support for the systems and escalate issues as necessary to the team accountable.
  • System functionality and user management.
  • Continuously work on identifying and improving system capabilities and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in all launch projects.
  • Responsible for validating and documenting system enhancement/change requests.
  • Carry out user and functional testing post go live of newly implemented system or client launch.
  • Communicating to external/internal stakeholders.
  • Help with database maintenance and report generation using SQL.
  • Help in setting up and troubleshoot hardware and network equipment as required.
  • Assist operations team in training as required.
  • Ensure all SOPs are up to date and all current processes are documented.
  • Provide assistance to operations with maintaining and updating SOPs.


  • Project test management.
  • Troubleshooting in complex warehouse environments.
  • Automated system knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field.
  • At least 2 years with any WMS and warehouse setting as support personnel.


  • Must possess strong working knowledge in computer hardware, software and networks.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Must be self-driven and motivated towards continuous improvement.
  • Must have good understanding of business process and be able to link it with system design and requirements.
  • Understanding of integrative solutions.
  • Basic network related problem solving.
  • Proficient with MS office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate professionally with internaland external stakeholders.
