You will join our QHSE & Pharma Compliance department in Hedehusene and be responsible for pharmaceutical and healthcare compliance together with a competent team. Your main objective is to ensure good distribution and manufacturing practices (GDP/GMP) and ensure a pragmatic approach to CSV across DSV globally.

The area is newly established and of high priority, and we need you to guide DSV, especially DSV Solutions, through this exciting process. You will be our go-to specialist within your field as you:

  • Ensure that our global PharmaQMS (Quality Management System) and the divisional procedures for Solutions are developed, maintained and complied with
  • Support our global business units through a risk-based approach with e.g. validation and qualification, deviation handling, CAPA and risk assessment as well as tenders and meetings
  • Assist DSV Solutions with external inspections and audits as well as supplier management
  • Build up and maintain a dotted line network within DSV for relevant stakeholders such as product owners, quality leads and specialists
  • Ensure adherence to the audit and inspection programme

Excellent communicator with an analytical and pragmatic approach

To succeed in this role, you can navigate through a complex organisational landscape to find the best solutions for us as a company. You can interpret complex issues, distil key points and develop practicable recommendations, always keeping deadlines and quality in mind. Also, you understand the nuances in various cultures, and you are able to engage with stakeholders across all functions and levels of the organisation.

Moreover, you:

  • Have minimum 2 years of practical experience with quality systems management audits (internal and external)
  • Have a strong regulatory understanding of IT compliance and computer system validation such as ISPE and GAMP 5
  • Have knowledge of GDP and GMP practices, preferably with the WHO guidelines for pharmaceutical and healthcare transportation and storage
  • Speak English fluently and are able to travel globally 40-50 days a year

We grow together in an informal environment
You will join a global and determined team driven forward by the desire to cooperate with all stakeholders within DSV and to ensure compliance and quality through knowledge sharing with a clear focus on what is necessary and sufficient. This will enable DSV to meet our customers specified requirements at any time. Referring to our Senior Manager, you will function as the Quality Lead for Solution and be our IT compliance supervisor. You will be working together with your 2 colleagues in Northern Ireland and Malaysia. As we are part of Group Compliance, you will also interact with your 50 colleagues within IT & Risk, Tax, Customs, Trade, CSR, Financial and Legal compliance.
