The ASILE MASTER DRIVER is responsible for inspecting unit daily, operating an AISLE MASTER for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting freight. Plus, computer data entry required for receipts/shipments.



 Shipping/receiving accuracy

 Assist, Support, and Perform warehouse floor activates and duties assigned

 Safe use of all equipment (Forklift, Push & Pull, Order Select, Scissor Lift, Battery Extractor, Sweeper, electric pallet jack, etc.)

 Prepare freight to meet customer requirements

 Assist supervision/management as needed

 Follow company policies, guidelines and Safety procedures

 Functions may vary dependent on work assignment – the duties are all inclusive as associates may be requested to assist in various areas of the operation.


 Performs other duties as required

 Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation. Participate in established cross training metrics activities with the opportunity to improve their knowledge in multiple areas / departments and be able to assist as a backup when the need may rise.


Receiving/Put away Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data accurately into computer system. Efficiently stack and store product in appropriate area. Maintain an organized work area.

Order picking Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is picked / racked for prep area. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service requirements. Prepare freight for Los Indios operations accurately and in a timely manner as required.

Delivery Efficiently moves product from racks to warehouse floor / production lines and/or staging docks and back to racks. Proper documentation and material tacking must accompany freight movements.

Driving Operate AISLE MASTER in a safe manner that meets safety and manufacture requirements. Proper record keeping must be maintained (check list) on unit at all times.

Equipment move, stack and stage product and materials using proper equipment. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and report any malfunctions with the equipment to your supervisor or designee. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Inventory Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories.

Customer service Conduct yourself in a professional manner in appearance and communications at all times.

Safety, Housekeeping, Security Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

Responsibility and Authority Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system; to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system; to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proprietary information of DSV Solutions, LLC

Education and/or Experience

 1-3 years, experience preferred but not required.

 High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

 The ability to operate a forklift or the satisfactory completion of a forklift training program is required.
