An international department

You will be part of the Group Credit & Treasury team in Group Finance. We are 11 dedicated colleagues located in 3 countries and are responsible for our financial risk and cash management set-up globally. We are looking forward to welcoming you and for you to help us with the increasing number of challenging optimisation and roll-out projects.

Currently, we are also working on gathering 6-8 finance GPO specialists into a highly experienced unit that will be dedicated to driving, optimising, monitoring and developing our global finance processes. You can therefore look forward to joining this team once you have settled into your job.

Be globally responsible for the Cash Management processes

You will be responsible for the Cash Management processes and documentation throughout the DSV Group. This entails identifying and meeting existing and emerging business needs, while driving a global consistency and integrity of the solution set through different projects. As you do so, you encompass common work processes and system functionality, focusing on process harmonisation and alignment, optimising processes from a Group point of view and leveraging synergies.

Specifically, you will:

  • Define and conduct ongoing review of the Cash Management processes connected to the finance systems to promote internal efficiency and standardisation
  • Develop and implement process policies and procedures, underlining proper controls
  • Approve all process changes and ensure that information is widely distributed to relevant parties
  • Implement and steer process expert networks for Cash Manangement processes
  • Monitor deployed policies and procedures through KPIs to ensure quality goals are reached

Strong communicator with financial background and knowledge of SAP ERP

You have excellent communication skills at all organisational levels, so you can promote the different processes and create engagement at different levels and locations. Analysing the process from “cradle to grave”, you take ownership and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed timeline.

We imagine that you:

  • Have some years of experience working with cash management on a global level
  • Have worked with business development and end-to-end process optimisation within the cash management area
  • Are able to drive complex projects in a global organisation and possess excellent stakeholder management skills, creating engagement around you
  • Are a confident user of SAP ERP
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
