Would you like to have a vital role in our Global IT Integration Support? This is your chance to ensure end-to-end IT operation support and ensure that we provide high-quality integrations and services effectively and on time.

Join an international team

Corporate integration is the department that is responsible for all customer and system integration in DSV. We are placed in more than 12 countries and are working closely together with our business to handle there needs. This is done by having a well-functioning support organisation that is based on the most innovative and effective processes and tools in the industry.

Drive business-critical 2nd and 3rd line Integration support

You will be the important link between the technicians, our business and internally in the department, building bridge between our IT integration solutions and commercial needs. This means that you will be responsible for your teams to deliver IT Support in our integration area and keep track of all ongoing tasks, projects and incidents in close collaboration with our Global IT Support Center and Corporate Integration development teams to ensuring that the plans are followed in an effective and timely manner.

This means that you:

  • Partake in status meetings with senior managers and technicians to align IT operation quality and plan improvements
  • Support the daily operations
  • Deliver input and drive initiatives for continued improvements of operational excellence and strengthening the infrastructure deliveries
  • Communicating with and engaging local stakeholders
  • Travelling to local competence centres to ensure that plans are followed, and deadlines are met
  • Help implement technical support solutions needed

Technical knowledge and management experience  

As a person, you are able to handle multiple issues at a time and keep tight deadlines. You are motivated by delivering excellent service that creates value for det business. Also, you have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to motivate colleagues across Infrastructure.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have Managerial experience
  • Have experience working with infrastructure solutions and IT Support
  • Have previous experience as a IT manager, Integrations manager or similar
  • Have knowledge of ITIL
  • Speak, read and write Danish and English effortlessly
