MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Effectively measure and manage the outsourced services to ensure efficiency and contract adherence in terms of client relations, operational performance, commercial and financial performance and people management and development.
  • Meeting all deadlines.
  • Responsible for initiating and implementing performance management and controlling staff.
  • Problem solving and system analysis.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Client liaison (telephonically and in person).
  • Operational and routing decisions, vehicle and cost control
  • Drive cost saving
  • Protect and control company assets

Job-related Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in:
    • People management including leadership, performance management, people motivation and people development.
    • Warehouse operational tracking of record of management in warehouse environment with stock management and warehouse system.
    • Commercial & financial acumen and experience in adherence to budget and management of contracts and service level agreements.
  • Articulate and well presented
  • Must have a valid divers license and own vehicle
  • Flexibility in terms of job functions as a result of changing workflow and patterns.
  • Punctuality and good time management skills are essential elements of this position.
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Client empathy and ability to liaise effectively with clients.
  • Sound geographical knowledge of the Gauteng area.
  • Be prepared to undergo random polygraph and surveillance examinations.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the LRA and BCEA and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (disciplinary enquiries).
  • Strong project leadership and goal orientated.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be prepared to undergo random polygraph and surveillance examinations.
  • Be prepared to undergo credit and criminal checks as well as integrity tests
