  • Responsible for month-end closing and reporting of the assigned business unit; reviews and analyzes reports for accuracy and ensure timeliness of their submittal.
  • Responds to sensitive or difficult issues and resolves issues or special situations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Company standards and procedures are applied consistently in financial reporting.
  • Build relationships with local managers, and make sure local managers performs per customer contracts; submitting proper billings and costs.
  • Responsible for budget planning, rolling forecast and submittals
  • Identifies business strategic indicators and implement processes to track performance against these indicators.
  • Additional tasks will include statutory reporting (audit etc.), and support other team members in various projects.


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in relevant positions such as Senior Accountant / Auditor in a medium to large firm.  Having both public and private industry experience is a plus.
  • Excel advanced skills (data analysis, pivot table, vlookup, etc.) is a must
  • Experience with SAP a plus;
  • Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industries is a plus
  • Experience working with international business entities is also a plus.


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills that include influencing and managing conflict, and maintaining a level-head under pressure at month, quarter and year end are required, along with positive and professional attitude.
  •  Good organization skill and attention to detail, able to plan ahead in order to meet deadlines with good quality.
  •  Delegates work to appropriates resources. 
  •  Flexibility around working hours as needed.
  •  Problem solving skills for complex issues and provide guidance solutions to other staffs.


  • Reporting to the Director of Finance.
  • Work location is in office building located in Central New Jersey.
  • This is a fast pace, and fast growing company.
