The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the SAP SuccessFactors end user subject manner expert. This position partners with HR Shared Service Center(s) and HR Partners to analyse work process design and flow to improve processes while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors, DSV’s global HRIS. This position will require a strong analytical mindset and project management experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business relationship manager to local Human Resources organizations to define business requirements, identify gaps and partner with the IT organization to determine the appropriate system configurations.
  • Onboard new countries by executing projects from end-to-end, by participating in activities ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, process documentation, data cleansing, test planning and execution, training documentation and support.
  • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support the administration/maintenance of basic system configurations and core foundations objects (Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding).
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality and adherence to DSV policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team reporting needs by creating and maintaining reports and providing data analysis.
  • Create documentation and provide training on HRIS system and processes.
  • Create and carryout user acceptance testing scenarios to validate system functions according to business requirements.
  • Coordinates and executes mass loading of data through file based uploads or data entry.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or and a minimum of 5 years of experience in computer systems software or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Computer Skills

  • High level of proficiency in computer systems including SAP SuccessFactors, MS Excel, and mass data transfers.

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

  • Basic

Other Skills

  • Strong affinity for technology and HRIS software.
  • Displays a high-level critical thinking and analysis.
  • Demonstrated highly motivated strong leadership and teambuilding skills with self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a “hands on” mentality.
  • Ability to learn the system based on training provided by SAP SuccessFactors and/or exploration of the functionality in the QA/Development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions.
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge in Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance and Successsion.
